Our Story
Why is the lily of the valley the signature flower and logo for Gilling & Co.? Owner and creator Julie Gilling wanted to pay tribute to her great-great grandmother Elizabeth, her great-grandmother Lillian, and her grandmother Julie, all Chicago girls who grew up in the city and who loved this sweet little flower!

Julie and her husband Bob were lucky enough to move back to Chicago after Bob retired from the army, and are so pleased to be able to buy from other local businesses, make quality products, and give back to this diverse and wonderful community.
